University of Colorado at Boulder Parent Guide
CU Student-for-a-Day Program
Experience the beautiful and exciting CU-Boulder campus firsthand through one of the half-day or all-day visit programs hosted by the Office of Admissions.
Our daily information sessions and tours, held at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and at 10:30 a.m. on most Saturdays, feature a one-hour presentation by an admission representative followed by a studentled walking tour of campus.
Full-day visit programs are offered throughout the year. The Be a CU Student for a Day program is our most popular program. It offers the chance to tour campus, attend information sessions, learn about residence life, join panel discussions with current students and administrators, meet with campus representatives, and have lunch in an on-campus dining hall. Be a CU Student for a Day is typically held on Fridays in the fall and spring. Other full-day programs, offered on Saturdays, include the CU Engineering Sampler, the CU Diversity Sampler, the CU Summer Sampler, and Admitted Student Day.
Visit programs are not offered on some holidays and university closures. For dates, details, or to make a reservation, go to www.colorado.edu/visit.
