The Center for Academic Advising
Has your student not yet declared a college major? Have they declared a major but feel unsure about their choice? If they are one of the many students who want more information before choosing a college major, then the Center for Academic Advising can offer guidance and academic advising for exploring possible majors. A student can begin college Undeclared and still graduate in four years!
The Center for Academic Advising serves as the official academic advisor for undeclared students until such time as they decide on a major field of study. This office offers a freshmen orientation course for undeclared majors. If your student needs guidance in selecting a major, they should visit the Center for Academic Advising.
