• I am a 16 year old U.S. citizen and I am living in the Middle East. I attend a British-curriculum school and I am currently doing the IGCSEs. Within the next 2 years I intend to do the A-Levels. I am told both these courses can help me acquire credits for university in the United States. I plan to attend a college/university in my native Michigan. Is there any way I can qualify for in-state tuition, perhaps by moving back to Michigan a few months or a year before I apply for university?
