The CWC is a brand new program on-campus promoting and educating about individual wellness and health. The program is designed to help individuals set and achieve personal goals regarding wellness, while educating the campus as a whole about wellness topics and issues.

Each individual has an account set up through WOU’s portal site, which they can keep a log of their food intake, and track their activity levels. A goal of this program is to continue to develop the website, so that more information can be provided for users, such as break-downs of food intake, including fat, calories, protein, carbs, etc, exercises, and resources.

The other part of this program is educational, with monthly programs provided to educate, train, and provide specialized information and resources about the six realms of wellness the CWC focuses on: Academic, Environmental, Mental, Physical, Social, Spiritual.

Each month the program will focus on one of the realms and provide educational programming on the focused topic. Programs can include workshops, events, speakers, and awareness campaigns.
