Hudson is a living history of the Western Reserve, and the town is highlighted by fine architecture. Visit the Western Reserve Academy, the world-famous Clock Tower, Hudson Library and Historical Society, or hit the shops of Main Street. Walking tours of historical Hudson are available during the summer.

Penninsula, OH
The town of Peninsula is home to many fine craft galleries, artists’ studios, and antique shops. The craft galleries feature works from local and national artists. All are within walking distance on Main Street (St. Rte. 303). Located in the heart of the Cuyahoga Valley, the town has an impresssive bike trail and an old railroad depot where the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad can be boarded downtown.

Summit Art Space
Housed in a 1927 brick art deco building, this community-based gallery features continously changing exhibitions and related arts activities in its two classrooms. It is dedicated to displaying works of Greater Akron area artists. Free admission. Thur.- Sat., 12-5p.m. during exhibitions

Summit County Fair
Sponsored by the Summit County Agricultural Society, this annual event is held during July at the Summit County Fairgrounds in Tallmadge, OH. This event boasts commercial & food vendors, 4-H and open class agricultural exhibits in livestock, horticulture, domestic arts, and more!
