Being a freshman here at Keystone College was one of the best and scariest experiences of my life. It was something new, something that I have never done before and I was scared of what I was going to get myself into. During my very first semester, I realized that going to Keystone was the best decision I had ever made.

I am the first one in my family of 3, me being the only child, to go to college and I really want to make a lasting mark in my family for doing so.

Being part of Keystone does not mean that you are just a student, but you are part of the Keystone family; a Keystonian-meaning that when you are at Keystone College, you are surrounded by your Keystone family who are always trying to help you succeed and to look out for you. One of the most important reasons why I chose Keystone College was because of Keystone’s small class sizes. The professors make sure that they get to know you and help you out as much as they can to help you succeed. Benefiting from this, the professors here made me feel at home and welcome. My professors know not only my academic skills, but they know my major, my name, and some of my personal background. The professors want to get to know you and they want to watch you succeed in everything that you want to do.

Making the decision to come to Keystone College was one of the best decisions I have made so far in my life. I am doing really well in all of my classes and I am making a lot of new friends as well. Keystone was the perfect fit for me and I will continue on making it the perfect fit. Also, knowing that everybody here is supporting me and my future helps makes things that much easier for me.

My freshman year at Keystone College was one of the best experiences of my life.

Not only am I a student here at Keystone College, but I play for our soccer team as well. Being a student athlete has its many advantages: everybody on campus will know who you are, you get to represent the college playing the sports(s) you love, and when it comes to your team they are your extended family.

Being part of the Keystone family does not only mean that you are a student here, It means that when you are at Keystone College you are surrounded by your new “family” who are always trying to help you and lookout for you. One of the key reasons why I chose to come to Keystone College is how at home the professors here made me feel. Not only do my professors know my name and practically everything about me, but professors who I don’t even have are talking to me and offering help if I ever need it.

I feel that making my decision to come to Keystone College was one of the best decisions I have made so far in life. Not only am I doing well in all my classes but I’m also playing the sport I love and have many friends. For me Keystone was the perfect fit because I can continue to be myself while exploring what else the world has to offer. And knowing that everybody here supports me and is willing to do anything to help me makes it that much better for me.

As a senior at Keystone College, words can not describe how excited, scared, and anxious I was to start my freshman year here. Now as I am about to graduate, I know that coming to Keystone College was the best decision I ever made for myself.

At Keystone you are not one of a hundred kids in a class, you have a name and teachers know who you are. This allows you to shine or to receive help when and if it is needed. The staff here at Keystone College will go above and beyond to help you reach who you strive to become.

Here at Keystone, I am majoring in Education. What puts me ahead of education students at other colleges is that during my first year I found myself in an actual classroom observing.  I was able to observe a variety of classes at several area elementary schools. This first-hand learning does not just apply to Education students, but for all students here at Keystone. Their main goal is to set you up for the best success in a field of work you love.

Keystone College, for me, was that perfect dress or car that you just have to have. The faculty, staff, and students made the change from high school to college so much easier than I ever imagined. When I think about how I was scared at the beginning of the year, I laugh because there was no need to be. Here at Keystone College you are part of a family, a family that is willing to help all your dreams become reality.
