Our goal is to engage parents and families as members of the university community. Our desires are to increase communication with parents and offer programs benefitting you and your student. The Parents’ Association is supported solely by parents of Central students, and your membership dues and contributions will impact your student as well as the generations to come.

The UCO Parents’ Association hosts multiple events throughout the year specifically geared for Central parents and families. From Parent Orientation and Parent Weekend to athletic events and more, there is so much to gain from being a member of the Parents’ Association.

The UCO Parents’ Association website is a backstage pass for parents, providing access to important information at Central.

You can sign up for membership, order UCO parent memorabilia, send your student a care package, view details on upcoming events, access important phone numbers and dates, and more! Please visit us online or email us at the Office of Parent & Family Programs.

The Parent Association cares about your student. Our helpline for parents and family members of UCO students is a central resource for you to call with questions ranging from academic life to Student Affairs. The helpline is available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Each year, The Parents’ Association set fundraising for student scholarships as one of the top priorities. What started as an idea has blossomed into an amazing opportunity to help students for generations to come.

An endowed scholarship account has been established that will provide scholarship opportunities to Central students every year. Each spring semester, students can apply for these scholarships and the recipients are notified via email if they receive any award. For the past 4 years, students have been awarded $2000 in scholarships.
