Welcome Broncho Parent!
We celebrate your student’s success in and out of the classroom, knowing your support plays a vital role in helping your student reach the end goal of graduation. The office of Parent Programs is focused on helping you and your student with this transition into the collegiate experience.
This handbook will answer many of your questions regarding college adjustments, campus safety, and the student services we offer. Please keep it on hand during your student’s collegiate experience. It will serve as a valuable and convenient reference.
There is also an association specifically designed just for you — the UCO Parents’ Association, launched in 2006! It was established thanks to the feedback of UCO parents and family members just like you.
The college years are very exciting and sometimes challenging for both students and family members. UCO joins you in a partnership to support and teach your student the necessary tools to becoming an alumnus of our university.
