There is no Greek system on the Hendrix campus. The student-run Social Committee (SoCo) is fanatically devoted to improving the social life of each and every Hendrix student. They plan a variety of events, including foam dance parties, coffeehouses, concerts, comedians and comedy troupes, slam poetry nights, and free bowling and skating nights. They also plan major annual events such as Faux Rush Week, SoCo 54, and the Hendrix Formal. Each of the residence halls also hosts annual parties, including Toga, Ghost Roast, and a spring Luau.
