The Department of Campus Safety coordinates the York College ID card system. Students are expected to have their ID cards with them at all times. In addition to providing appropriate identification, the card provides entrance into residence halls and other campus facilities.
York College’s ID card also serves as the “Flex Card” with debit-card capabilities. The card may be used for purchases in the Bookstore, dining services, vending and laundry locations, computer lab printing, postal center, Schmidt Library, digital copier services and several off-campus vendors.
