The UA Police Department (UAPD) is a nationally accredited police department and has been an active law enforcement agency since 1972. UAPD Officers have the same authority as any municipal police department officer or county sheriff's deputy in Arkansas.
UAPD offers a wide range of services such as 24 hour campus patrol, criminal investigations, crime prevention programs, women's self-defense (R.A.D.), safety bulletins, fingerprinting for employment purposes, motorist assists, the Razorback Patrol Escort Service, and daily crime logs.
