The Office of Multicultural Academic and Support Student Services (MASS) provides support for Multicultural and First Generation College Students at UCF.

MASS offers a range of services including personalized guidance through graduation, events (workshops, speakers, outreach programs) focused on success, information on campus and community resources, and networking opportunities with faculty and staff.

Our programs include the First Generation Program which aims to help first generation students (students whose parents/guardians have not received a bachelor's degree) succeed in college, graduate, and achieve future success; the Brother to Brother Program which is designed to help multicultural and first generation males develop academic, career, and leadership skills, and provide them social and financial support; and Seizing Opportunities for Achievement & Retention (SOAR) Program a six-week academic summer program for a select group of first-time-in-college students.
