Preparing for Final Exams Workshop

With finals closely approaching, many students tend to procrastinate and cram last minute for final exams. On Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 4 to 5 p.m., a workshop to help students prepare for their upcoming exams will be held in 230 Osband Hall. Regular classes will end Friday, April 27 and finals will start Monday, April 30. 

Honors Week is on the Horizon

The University of Alabama is preparing for Honors Week, a tradition that has been celebrated at UA for more than 50 years. This week of events is dedicated to recognizing outstanding student, faculty and staff members. During the week, hundreds of students will be inducted into more than 50 university-wide and divisional honor societies and dozens of scholarship and award winners will be named.

UA Remembers: A Day of Service

The University of Alabama will host "UA Remembers: A Day of Service" on April 21, to commemorate the lives of the six students and one employee who died as a result of the tornadoes of April 27, 2011.

Upcoming Events from the Office of Parent Programs

A-(Family) Day

Join us April 16, 2011 for A-(family) Day! The Office of Parent Programs will host a lunch before the A-Day football game at Bryant-Denny stadium. Parent Ambassadors will greet families before a barbecue lunch with all the trimmings. Participants are invited to play BAMA Bingo for door prizes, including scholarships sponsored by the Parents Association among other Alabama must-haves!
