In April, help welcome springtime during Downtown Boulder's Tulip Fairy & Elf Parade. In the summer months, enjoy outdoor music concerts with Bands on the Bricks and Noon Tunes. In July, Downtown Boulder's ArtFair has been showcasing a wide variety of artists for over two decades. There is no better place to celebrate autumn than Downtown Boulder's Fall Festival in late September. Before every home CU football game, get into the spirit at the wildly popular Pearl Street Stampedes. On Halloween, bring your monsters and fairies to Pearl Street for some tricks and lots of treating during Downtown Boulder's Munchkin Masquerade.
