Q: My student has season football tickets. Do I need to buy them a ticket through the Family Weekend registration process?

A: Students with season tickets have general admission seats in the student section. If you want your student to sit in the reserved seats with you during the football game, you will need to buy a reserved seat for them through the Family Weekend registration process.

Q: If my ticket request cannot be filled, how will I be notified?

A: When you register online, you will be notified immediately if tickets for a particular event are sold out.

Q: What can I bring into Folsom Stadium?

A: Due to security concerns, there are restrictions on what can be carried into the stadium. For a complete list of Folsom Field policies  and other stadium information.

Q: How much do I have to worry about the availability of football tickets?

A: We have 5,000 tickets to the Washington State football game allocated to us from the Athletic Department. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of tickets, so register early. Ticket price is $40, which is a 20 percent discount.

Q: What time is kick-off for the football game?

A: Kick-off time for the Family Weekend game featuring your Colorado Buffaloes and the Washington State Cougars has not yet been set.  There is a good chance that game-time will not be known until approximately 10 days prior to the game. Call (303) 735-4020 for the latest recorded information on Family Weekend.

Q: Are there special football ticket arrangements for people with disabilities and those who need easily accessible seating for the game?

A: Easy access and disability seating are extremely limited.  You can request special seating when you register for Family Weekend on-line.  You should also call the Office of Parent Relations at (303) 492-1380 as soon as possible but no later than September 28th to make and confirm arrangements.

Q: If I register early, can I get better seats at the game?

A: No, seats are assigned randomly. The Athletic Department sets price and seat location for the game.

Q: Are there discounts for kids or seniors attending meals or the football game?

A:  No. The lunch and the brunch are both buffets and there is a single price per attendee. The Athletic Department does not issue discount tickets for any group attending athletic contests.

Q: I’ve already registered for Family Weekend and purchased football tickets but now two more members of my family want to go to the football game. Can I alter my registration and add two more football tickets?

A: Yes. Contact Conference Services (the folks handling Family Weekend registration) and tell them what you want to do. You can contact them at (303) 492-5151 before September 16.
