We want to provide excellent financial services to all members of the college community, and are pleased to assist you with your financial questions. We handle finance and general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, student accounts, cashier, and Gold Card (Gold Card Plus and Tigerbucks).
The student account is an account where the student’s educational fees are charged and billed. If a student receives financial aid, this is where the financial aid is credited.
The Gold Card is used as a prepaid money card (Gold Card Plus), meal plan card (Tigerbucks) and dorm access card. The Gold Card Plus account is a pre-paid account which can be used at participating locations on campus. Gold Card Plus dollars are typically used to pay for laundry, Colorado College Bookstore purchases, mailroom purchases, tickets for Colorado College events, and for copies at locations around campus.
Gold Card Plus dollars may also be used for purchases from any of our participating vendors. Wooglin’s (823 N. Tejon), La’au’s Taco Shop (830 N. Tejon), Rasta Pasta (405 N. Tejon), 7-Eleven (825 N. Nevada), Chipotle Mexican Grill (17 S. Tejon), Hunan Springs (24 E. Kiowa), Jimmy Johns (10 S. Tejon), and Poor Richard’s Restaurant (324 1/2 N. Tejon) are currently part of our vendor base.
