The CSU-Pueblo Cashier’s Office (719) 549-2107 disburses checks for financial aid such as student loans, grants, and scholarships to students on the Friday prior to the first day of classes. Subsequent disbursements are held every Wednesday and Friday thereafter. Work study and student hourly checks are disbursed on the 15th day of each month. 

Payments on student accounts can be made at the Cashier’s Office or by calling (719) 549-2107 or (719) 549-2131.

The student’s Personal Identification Number (PID) must be included with all payments. Credit card payment services are available online through PAWS student account.

University bills are due in full by the first day of classes. All outstanding balances are assessed an extended payment charge of 1.5 % each month.
