Is Your Student Getting Ready to Graduate?

While it seems like May is so far away, it will be here before we know it! Commencement ceremonies for undergraduates will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2010 and Sunday, May 23, 2010. Post cards providing students who have filed for graduation and their parents with important graduation information should be received before winter break. Some of the highlights:
Graduating seniors must do TWO THINGS:

1. APPLY FOR GRADUATION
 
Through Academic Evaluations at http://em.csuchico.edu/aap/Office/Eval.asp
You must apply by February 19, 2010 to ensure your name will appear in the Commencement program
 
2.    REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE IN COMMENCEMENT
 
Through the Commencement Web site at www.csuchico.edu/alumni/commence.html
Registration starts March 10, 2010 and ends April 30, 2010

Graduating students can get a head start on planning for the ceremonies by attending Grad Fest on March 10 and 11, 2010

• Be the first to register for Commencement Ceremonies
• Located in the AS Bookstore, upstairs in the BMU
• Gather information on grad photos, announcements, rings, diploma frames, and cap and gown rentals
