October 1-December 15 - Application window for CSU, Chico Scholarships for 2010-2011. Every year Chico State students receive over $1.5 million in university scholarships. Criteria may include scholastic achievement, school/college activities, financial need, and community service. For information and the online application, visit the Online Scholarship Application Web page. All applications must be received by December 15, 2009 midnight, Pacific Standard Time.

Federal Tax Credit Information - Hope Scholarship/Lifetime Learning Credit

Can you believe that it is almost time to start thinking about filing your 2009 tax return? CSU, Chico furnishes a Form 1098T to students who had qualified tuition and related charges in a calendar year.

If you are still receiving your Form 1098T (qualified fees and tuition tax form) by mail, did you know that your student has the option to consent to receive this form electronically?

Applying for 2010 - 2011 Scholarships

The CSU, Chico Scholarship Application for the 2010-2011 academic year is available online from October 1, 2009 through December 15, 2009.

To be eligible, applicants must be enrolled at CSU, Chico or must be regularly eligible for admission. New applicants to the University must have an admission application on file.  All scholarships require the student to maintain full-time enrollment (12 units for undergraduates and credential; 8 units for graduate students), and a minimum 2.00 GPA. Some scholarships require a GPA of 3.00 or higher.
