Functioning similar to a family practice medical clinic, this ambulatory care facility provides basic medical services to students. Funded by a quarterly health fee, services include unlimited visits with licensed medical staff, Urgent Care, X-rays, basic lab tests, HIV testing, minor surgery, low-cost prescriptions, family planning and birth control consultations, and much more. Outside and after-hours medical care is not included. Students are strongly encouraged to carry outside insurance.
