Career Opportunities for Jobs and Internships

In this economy, students need to take advantage of every opportunity to connect with potential employers for job and internships.  Career Development sponsors several job fairs, both on-campus and off, that will take place this spring semester.  The CareerFest job fair, held off-campus on Friday, February 5, 2010, brings together students and alumni with recruiters in business, government and the non-profit sector seeking to fill a variety of full time and Internship opportunities.  For students seeking employment in education, the TeacherFest job fair, held off-campus on Thursday, February 18, 2010 connects quality teacher candidates with school districts throughout the state of Illinois.  In addition, there will be an on-campus job & internship fair on Wednesday, March 24, 2010.  Information about these events, as well as other career resources, is available at www.careers.dom.edu.
