Any parent of a college student evaluates the quality and value of their child's education. Here at Dominican, we pride ourselves on being a "Best Value" college. From the small class sizes to service learning, from study abroad to athletics, from a world-class faculty to preserving our rich history, a Dominican education offers tremendous value - now and long after graduation. Year after year, thousands of alumnae/i give back to their alma mater as symbol of gratitude for the education they received and as a way to help preserve the value of a Dominican education.
The Senior Class Gift is a long-standing tradition where graduating seniors join alumnae/i by making their own gift to their soon-to-be alma mater Dominican. These gifts are collected and presented to the university president during the Candle & Rose Ceremony the evening before graduation.
Parents may contribute to the 2010 Senior Class Gift Campaign, which supports Dominican's Annual Fund, in honor of their graduating senior. Your gift will support scholarships and financial aid, help us retain the very best faculty on a full time basis, allow for undergraduates to have graduate-level experiences, and so much more. Best of all, your gift shows your appreciation for a Dominican education and your gratitude that your child will be among Dominican's alumnae/i. Please join your soon-to-be college graduate and fellow parents and make your gift today. Thank you for your support!
