Academic Advising

Posted in

Rosary College of Arts and Sciences

Each undergraduate student has a dedicated faculty advisor—initially the student’s freshman seminar professor, and later, a professor from the student’s chosen major field. Faculty advisors and students are assisted by the college’s advising office.

For more information about advising, consult the Rosary College of Arts and Sciences web page where you will find a host of advising tools including Advising Worksheets for all undergraduate majors, Advisee Responsibilities, Advising Manual (which includes information about placement exams, AP/IB/CLEP credits, as well as current lists of department chairs, and program directors) and other tools to help with the advising process.

To assist students, the Academic Advising Office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30a.m. -7:00p.m., and on Fridays from 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m.
