When a student is accepted to EKU, he or she is assigned an academic advisor. Undeclared students will be assigned a staff advisor in the University Advising Office. Students who enter with a declared major will be assigned an advisor within their program. Students should feel free to talk with their advisor regarding academic issues throughout the semester and will schedule to meet with them during the advising and registration period to create a semester-by-semester graduation plan in the DegreeWorks degree audit program.
