Your student may call you and tell you she or he is joining a sorority or fraternity. Sororities and fraternities consist of individuals bound together by common interests and purposes. Each sorority and fraternity encourages individual development by setting high ideals in scholarship, leadership, service to others, and social maturity.
Membership can offer your student the opportunity to get the most from his or her college experience in an atmosphere of brotherhood and sisterhood. If you or your student has questions about joining a Greek organization, contact the Office of Greek Life.
