Campus Recycling Program

The campus recycling program, sponsored by the SGA and Facilities Department, strives to ensure our campus is environmentally responsible by reducing the campus need on landfill space. Landfill space is reduced by the program allowing all plastic, aluminum, paper, glass and Styrofoam products that are not covered in food to be recycled in the same recycling container.

This method makes it easy for all students to utilize by just placing any recyclable material in the same container while playing a large part in conserving the environment. Recycling containers are spread all throughout the Residence Halls, academic buildings, athletic fields and special events for the campus to use.
