Academic Advising and Support

Dedication to Student Success Academic advising at Embry-Riddle provides guidance to all students with the objective of empowering them to plan, develop and achieve their educational, career, and life goals. Faculty, staff, and career advisors, as well as student mentors, provide one-on-one interaction and timely intervention to help promote student success. 

Each college has an academic advisor who gets first year students started on the right path and each student has a faculty advisor in his/her field of study.  Students are encouraged to check with their academic advisors frequently. Our dedicated faculty members have in place an early-intervention program to identify and assist at-risk students. Student can also receive free tutoring in the tutor lab and help in the writing center.
