Center for International Programs and Services

The CIPS office at the Prescott campus is available to help international students, provides information about study abroad programs and hosts programs that raise global and cultural awareness throughout the year. The CIPS office is always open and welcomes all students to stop by, foster international friendships and grab a cup of coffee or tea. International students make up 4% of the students population and come from over 25 countries. Summer study abroad programs are offered in 8 countries.

Some of the general services provided are:

• Information about current study abroad summer programs
• International Student Association to promote international and cultural exchange
• Coffee, tea, snacks and a lounge

Services for international students:

• Immigration advising
• Assistance with financial concerns (i.e. taxes, getting a bank account)
• Advising for personal or cultural concerns
• International Ambassador program to help international students’ transition to university life in the US
