Living on campus can be one of the most rewarding and enriching experiences of your time in college. Our residence halls, located on the Rutherford campus, afford students the rich and rewarding experience of living on campus with other students. New friends are made, lasting memories are created, you learn to live on your own, you gain independence and maturity…and you have fun!

Our residence hall staff creates a nurturing and supportive “home away from home”- environment where you can grow and become yourself: spiritually, intellectually and socially.  This culturally diverse atmosphere fosters freedom of inquiry and action, as well as respect for one another.

Felician College offers two residential halls – Elliot Terrace and Milton Court.  Both residence halls have amenities such as quiet study lounges, television/community lounges and laundry facilities.

The halls are divided into separate areas for men and women.  Each room is furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, and chair, dresser and built-in closet for each occupant. Each room is cable-ready and Comcast Cable will be on-site during check-in for your choice of packages.

Elliot Terrace houses mostly juniors and seniors in suite-style living areas.  Six students are housed in three doubles per suite.

Milton Court houses students in suites consisting of two double-capacity rooms connected via a common  bathroom.
