Dining Service Spring Break Hours
IIT Dining Services will be operating on the following holiday schedule during Spring Break:

The Commons Cafeteria will be serving Brunch (11:30am-1pm) and Dinner (4:30-7pm) from Saturday, March 6 - Friday, Sunday, March 14th.  
Center Court will be open for lunch Monday - Friday from 11-2. 
Global Grounds will be closed from Saturday, March 6th through Friday, March 12th. 
Einstein Bros Bagels and The Bog will be closed during Spring Break.

The Commons Cafeteria Hosts An Evening With Recipes From Celebrity Chef Mai Pham - March 30th

If you missed the visit of Global Chef, Chef Barzola from Peru in the Commons on February 25th we hope you will be able to join us when we feature recipes from celebrity Chef Mai Pham.  As stated in 123people.co.uk, "Mai Pham is the chef/owner of Lemon Grass Restaurant and Lemon Grass Asian Grill and Noodle Bar in Sacramento; author of The Best of Vietnamese and Thai Cooking and Pleasures of the Vietnamese Table; a regular columnist for The San Francisco Chronicle and contributor to The Los Angeles Times; host of the Food Network special "My Country, My Kitchen: Vietnam"; winner of an IACP award for distinguished journalism; a food and restaurant consultant; and creator of Mai Pham's Lemon Grass Kitchens, a line of specialty Asian products for the foodservice industry.

Our Executive Chef, Chef Jovanny will be presenting an evening featuring her recipes on March 30th during dinner in the Commons Cafeteria.  This will be an exciting night of new, bold flavors we hope you will be able to try.
