The Bursar’s Office manages all student receivables including the following:

  • Processing of electronic monthly statements
  • Third party sponsor billing for students who receive outside funding
  • Management and application of monthly payment plans and deferment plans
  • Disbursements of financial aid refunds via direct deposit
  • Processing of all payments received for university

The Bursar’s Office is pleased to offer all of its services online to parents and students. Students can access our secure systems by navigating to the Finances tab of the myIIT portal and clicking “Manage My Student Account”.

We encourage parents who would like access to our online billing and payment system to have their student add them as an Authorized User. Authorized Users will receive their own login credentials to make payments and view statements. They will also be copied on all auto-generated emails and reminders sent to students from the Bursar’s Office.
