Experience the World...Study Abroad!

Most students are excited, anxious, and often times "unaware" of the study abroad process. Parents may also feel this way! To help with these uncertainties, the International Center has created a Study Abroad Student and Family Handbook designed to provide complete transparency of the study abroad process - for both students and family members alike. The contents of the Handbook include where to start, the study abroad application process, health and safety, finances, what to do while abroad (and not do!), and readjusting to life back in the U.S. upon reentry (among others).
 


Additionally, there are many actors at IIT who will help make all the planning and hard work worthwhile - most importantly - for all students to have a successful study abroad experience!


The deadline to submit an application to Study Abroad for the Spring Semester is September 17, 2010.
