Student Health Services News

Student Health Services is now open on Monday and Thursday evenings until 8pm and Saturdays from 10am-2pm. Appointments are encouraged and can be arranged by calling Health Service at 312-567-7550.
 
All full time students are automatically enrolled in the IIT Student Health plan. This coverage can only be waived by providing proof of comparable insurance. The deadline to waive was September 1. Not sure if you waived - have your student log in to the portal and look at their bill. If you don't see an insurance charge, everything is fine; however if there is a charge contact Melody Jack (jack@iit.edu) immediately,  you may still be able to apply for a waiver.
 
Immunization records are due by September 7. Failure to submit completed immunization records could result in your student not being able to register for classes in the Spring. Forms and additional information are available on the Health Service website.
