Paris Summer 2010 Program Announced

Thinking about what your son or daughter might do for summer 2010? Why not encourage him or her to study in Paris for a month and get 6 credits?! All IIT scholarships are applicable to this program - including Federal monies in the form of grants and loans. Gaining global leadership skills is becoming increasingly important in today's emerging global economy. Did you know that only 1% of American's study abroad at institutions like IIT? In doing so, studying abroad will give your son or daughter a competitive advantage over the other 99% in their cohort.

Campus Housing Re-Organization

The Offices of Housing Services and Residence Life have followed the tradition on many other university campuses and combined forces.  The new department, led by Jennifer Luttig-Komrosky, Director of the new Housing & Residential Services, is organized to focus on occupancy, residential education, and operations.

Scholarships Announced for Children & Grandchildren of Chicago Police and Fire Fighters (As seen in IIT Today)

Chicago Mayor Richard Daley, IIT President John Anderson, representatives of the Chicago Police and Fire Departments, and Illinois and Chicago Veterans Affairs officials announced IIT scholarships offered to qualifying children and grandchildren of members of the Chicago Police and Fire Departments at a news conference on main campus on Saturday, December 12, 2009. IIT is also providing Illinois veterans the opportunity to attend IIT tuition-free under the Department of Veterans Affairs Yellow Ribbon Program.
