Sharing Your Thanksgiving

Do you have some extra space at your table this Thanksgiving? The IIT International Center is looking for IIT friends and families to host international students for Thanksgiving. You will be paired with an international student (or students) from the IIT community, and it will be a great opportunity to share your Thanksgiving tradition and, in return, learn about a new culture.

6th Annual Pumpkin Launch

On the IIT campus, pumpkins are for more than just making pie and carving! The 6th annual pumpkin launch contest was held on Saturday, October 16, 2010. Records were broken, some machines didn't work exactly as planned, but fun was still had by all! At the end of the day, some pumpkins were launched more than 220 feet (Illinois Tech Robotics Team).
