The mission of the Career Planning and Development Center is to prepare students and alumni for professional and personal success by providing advising, programs, and activities related to self-assessment, career exploration, and job search preparation.

The services of the career center are free to all Indiana Tech students. The career center provides opportunities to help your student achieve professional success. Encourage your student to contact the career center during his or her first semester at Indiana Tech to take full advantage of the career guidance.

Students can receive assistance in identifying personal skills and strengths, completing interest inventory assessments and counseling, career exploration, internships, professional development guidance, job fairs, etiquette dinner, and an on-campus interviewing program. Employment opportunities are posted for full-time, part-time, internship and summer job openings.
