KSU Housing

Your student can experience all that college life has to offer in our on-campus living learning communities! There are currently over 3,000 residential students living in four on-campus communities: University Village, University Village Suites, University Place and KSU Place.

Each community offers unique features and special housing options to meet the needs of KSU’s diverse student populations, including First-Year Experience students, Honors Program students, non-traditional students, international students and student athletes. No matter where students are in their academic careers, there is an on campus residential community to suit their needs. Unlike some other colleges, housing at KSU never closes! Students have access to their rooms during breaks and all summer.

With on-campus housing options starting as low $435 a month, including utilities, furniture, cable, and internet, there is a housing option to meet every family budget.  There are multiple easy payment options, including online payment with a credit card, and financial aid is available to pay housing costs.  Signing up for campus housing is done online, and can be completed once a student is admitted to KSU.
