KSU Residence Life and Housing News

The time to start planning for 2010-2011 is now! Same room renewals began on January 18th for current residents who are eligible to renew the same room where they live now. Starting March 15th, residents living in rooms where they can't renew (like residents living in dedicated freshmen housing, like the UV Suites and UV 2000 building) will get special priority to select rooms for next year. Current upperclass students who are renewing their same apartments can also "pull in" other students into any rooms where their roommates didn't renew starting February 23rd until March 3rd.

All leasing is handled by the private management company, KSU Foundation Housing Management LLC, also known as KSU Housing. For more details, visit www.ksuhousing.com or contact a leasing office at 770-426-0668.

Remember: student who live on campus tend to get better grades and are more likely to graduate on time than students who live off campus. Just this past fall semester over 200 on-campus residents earned a perfect 4.0 GPA, and almost 57% earned over a 3.0, which means they can keep the HOPE scholarship!
