Spring Break is Next Week! Let's go for a Bike Ride!

The Department of Sports & Recreation has a bike shop inside the Student Recreation & Wellness Center. Does your student have a bike? He or she can bring it by the bike shop for a tune up. Does your student want to rent a bike? He or she can leave a deposit and take one of ours for 3 days at a time.

Feb 3 - Internationally acclaimed New York Times journalist Mr. Nicholas Kristof will be speaking at KSU on February 3, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. in the Bailey Center. Mr.Kristof, who has won two Pulitzer Prizes for his work on both China and the genocide in Darfur, will present a lecture on his book "Half the Sky: Turning Oppression into Opportunity for Women Worldwide" (co-written with his wife Sheryl WuDunn).  Plan to attend this event with your student if you can...

Come and volunteer to help with the dining hall tradition of "Cram Jam".  The Commons will be open late on December 2nd from 10pm-12am.  They will have music, prizes, contests, and food for all the meal plan students to enjoy...

Wouldn't it be fun to attend a KSU OWL Basketball game with your student?

The newly forming KSU Parent and Family Association will be hosting an information table outside of the basketball games on November 13th and 14th. Please come support our Owl Athletics during our Homecoming Week.

On Friday, the game starts at 7:30 (against North Greenville) and Saturday there is a women's game at 5pm (against Georgia State) and another men's game at 7:30 (against North Georgia).
