Favorite activities include the Legacy Pinning Ceremony & Brunch and K-State trivia and Look-A-Like contests. A variety of other attractions will be available on campus that day: live music and entertainment, campus tours, and an ice cream social put on by the College of Architecture, Planning and Design, are just a few.

Make your reservations for the Legacy Pinning Ceremony & Brunch and join your family in a tradition celebrating life-long loyalty to K-State. Alumni and current K-State students are honored with a pin for their choice to attend K-State. A pin is also presented to family members who can be designated as K-Staters by Choice. Current students and family members enjoy a delicious brunch and pledge their commitment to the purple and white during the loyalty ceremony.

Experience K-State pride and attend an evening football game against North Texas. Purchase tickets for the game in advance HERE or by calling 1-800-221-CATS. Get to know the Manhattan community by enjoying a variety of restaurants and coffee shops in Aggieville, the Manhattan scenery with a game of golf at Colbert Hills, or visit the beautiful Konza prairie. Dress your family in purple and white K-State gear available at Varney’s or The K-State Student Union Bookstore on campus.

If you are especially proud of your K-State family, be sure to nominate them for the annual K-State Family of the Year Award. K-State Family Day is a perfect opportunity to share in K-State’s community. It is sure to be a special day for you and your family! Save the date!
