As Provost & Vice President for Academic Affairs, I welcome you and your student to the UL Lafayette family.

The University of Louisiana at Lafayette has had a positive impact on my own family: my children and I all completed degrees here. Even though our degrees were completed in eras as different as the 1970’s and 1990’s, our UL Lafayette experience is linked by excellent instruction, caring faculty members, cutting-edge technology and a memorable campus life. Although we have moved forward into another remarkable era, these common threads still exist in our University’s supportive yet challenging atmosphere.

As a UL Lafayette parent, I encourage you to become involved in our campus community and discover the wealth of culture and knowledge available to your student. Through your support, we can work in partnership with you to assist your student in becoming a well-rounded person who, upon graduation, will be ready to assume an important role in society.
