Bus service to the entire Liberty campus and surrounding local community is available through LU Transit. Current students, faculty, and staff are able to access all LU Transit services with a Flames Pass ID Card.

This partnership allows for:

  • A campus-wide transit service
  • Free access to the Lynchburg city bus system
  • A carpool program with guaranteed ride home services
  • Park and ride, and satellite parking programs
  • Airport, train and bus station services during major campus breaks
  • Improved transportation service options for commuters

Liberty also offers convenient, 24 hours a day, seven days a week access to on-campus auto-rental through ZipCar.
