One of the most used transit systems at university campuses, the intra campus transit system is a 4 route system that connects the Main, North, South, East, Liberty Residential Annex campuses with access to Snowflex Centre, Candlers Station, and Thomas Road Baptist Church areas on evenings and weekends. Service is operated over 142 hours a week, 24 hour service is available on select days during finals week to support late Library and Computer Lab hours.
Both GLTC and Liberty Transit jointly operate up to 15 buses that carry nearly 2 million passengers a year. Also service is available on Friday and Saturday to frequently visited businesses along Wards Road via Route 84, including Wal-Mart and Target. All service is operated during the fall and spring semesters. Limited service is available during the fall, Thanksgiving, and spring breaks via Route 75.
