The Student Housing Office creates a living and learning environment by providing programs and services that empower students to realize their potential in mind, body and spirit within a community that honors human diversity and accepts students as individuals; each with rights and responsibilities.

Important Student Housing Dates:

• June 24, 2011: Last day to request roommate and make changes to application
• Mid-July 2011: Room & Roommate assignments are mailed
• August 1, 2011: Bed configuration requests are due
• August 15, 2011:  Microfridge order deadline to Collegiate Concepts
• September 12 – 23, 2011:  Meal Plan Change Requests
• August 26, 2011: MOVE-IN! Buildings open at 8:00 am 
• December 16, 2011: Residence Halls Close 8:00 pm for winter break
• December 16, 2011:  Room Health and Safety Inspections
• January 7, 2012: Residence Halls re-open 1:00 pm for spring semester
• January 23 – February 3, 2012:  Meal Plan Change Requests
• February 8 - 16, 2012:  Room Health and Safety Inspections
• Mid-February 2012:  Housing Selection begins for 2012-13 year, and Housing Deposit is Due
• Mid-March 2012:  Housing Selection ends, continuing students who completed applications select rooms for 2012-13 year
• Mid-April 2012:  Summer Housing Applications Available
• May 4, 2012: Residence Halls Close 8:00 pm for end of year
