The Office of Student Account Services processes all billing, payment plan information, and student refunds on a student’s account during enrollment at the University of Miami. Billing and online payment information is available at myUM. Staff members are available to assist you with billing inquiries by phone, in person, or via e-mail.
Students may also sign up for the Direct Deposit Program for student refunds, which immediately wires student refunds or financial aid overages into any checking account in the United States. To sign up for direct deposit please log on to myUM.
Our office also accepts payments for tuition and all related costs, with either a personal check or credit card, through a secure online process on myUM. You may also apply for the Monthly Payment Plan on the Student Account Services Web site.
