Dana White, Suzy Welch, Donald Pliner, Romero Britto, Video Gaming Summit - A Week Celebrating Entrepreneurship!

The Launch Pad is sponsoring Global Entrepreneurship Week 2009 at the University of Miami from Nov. 16-20. Collaborating with nine of the schools and colleges, over 40 events will have something for everyone, including an elevator pitch competition (with over $80K in prizes), Dana White (UFC), a day for Women Entrepreneurs with a keynote by Suzy Welch, the Social Entrepreneurship Summit featuring Dr. Greer (Presidential Medal of Freedom winner), and a Gaming and Mobile Apps Summit. Most of the events are free and open to the public (all are free to students), but in some cases advance registration is required.
