First Year Residential Experience at Miami
This fall Hecht and Stanford, one floor of Mahoney Residential College and one floor of Pearson Residential College house our incoming first-year students who live together in a purposive community specifically dedicated to their academic success and successful transition to the University of Miami.
Student staff – Resident Assistants and Academic Fellows - live on these floors and work with students to create communities that assist students with transitioning to the University, learning about campus and academic resources, and maximizing their learning at the University of Miami.
