- February 5th-19th...housing "opt-in" period via myUM
- March 1st...results of the opt-in process and lottery (if needed) announced; for those that are selected, the appointment times would also be available via myUM at that time-based on contract priority number-as well as the tutorial
- March 23rd-25th...Keeping the same assignment in University Village as well as "pulling in" requested roommates / apartment-mates
