Parent and Family Association at MTSU
The Parent and Family Association would like to welcome you to the MTSU family! We look forward to working with you in the future and over the upcoming years to ensure that your student receives the best education and college experience possible. One way you can become involved is by joining the MTSU Parent and Family Association. We are always accepting new members.
Dues are $30 per year or $60 for the entire time your student is in school. You can join online at Parent and Family Association.
What you will receive as a member of the Association:
- Sign up for an Email Listserv to receive important university announcements and upcoming events more often and more quickly than a newsletter.
- Publisher of a regular newsletter designed to keep parents up-to-date on happenings at MTSU - Six newsletters a year (3 fall/3 spring)
- Very Important Parent (VIP) discount card – discounts to hotels, restaurants, bookstores, and gift stores in the Murfreesboro area
- Welcome Kit
- A support system that facilitates the transition that accompanies sending students off to college
Family Weekend
Family Weekend gives you a wonderful opportunity to visit MTSU and learn more about the campus, where your student’s college life is happening. Enjoy all the events, and have a good time together!
