Attention New Eagle PARENTS: Immunization Records due!

Due Date: September 17, 2009

The State of North Carolina requires that all students who are taking four or more credit hours on campus submit proof of having received the required immunizations, which include two (2) doses of MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) and a Tetanus shot (within the last 10 years). You can obtain these records from your doctor, childhood immunization records, high school transcripts (for NC residents), military records, or your local health department.

New Eagles who do not submit the immunization records by September 17, 2009 will be dropped from their classes. For more information, contact Medical Records at 919-530-5003.
